Managing director Florian Bergemann has more than 20 years of experience in mechanical engineering and international industry. This technical know-how and long-standing experience in delivering demanding projects form the foundation of create21.

Our aim is not just to supply individual parts, but to guide customers from the first idea to the finished solution. We combine engineering expertise with an international network of specialised, high-performing manufacturing partners.

Our portfolio ranges from injection moulds and moulded parts through CNC turned and milled parts and sheet metal and bent parts to stamped and special press parts, complemented by engineering, tooling service, consulting, procurement and prototyping. Aluminium die casting makes it economical to produce complex, highly loadable components at low weight.

Complex geometries, ribs, fixing points and functional surfaces can be integrated directly into the part, which reduces additional machining and assembly steps.

Magnesium die casting

Maximum lightweight design. Minimum weight.

When every gram counts, magnesium offers decisive advantages.

Magnesium is around one third lighter than aluminium and still allows complex, thin-walled part geometries.

This makes magnesium die casting particularly suitable for demanding lightweight applications where weight, installation space and function are decisive.

Reverse engineering & 3D scanning

From an existing part to a digital CAD model

With modern 3D scanning technology we capture existing parts precisely and digitise even complex geometries. The captured 3D data is then processed and can serve as a basis for reverse engineering, design, optimisation and manufacturing.

On request we create manufacturing-ready CAD models from the scan data and supply them in the data formats you need.
